How to choose the right AISORT platform for your line

A good sorting decision does not begin with a brochure. It begins with feedstock, target purity, available floor area and the role the machine will play inside the plant.

Start with the real bottleneck

• If speed is the bottleneck, high-speed vision platforms usually come first
• If purity is the bottleneck, spectral or tower architecture may matter more
• If floor area is the bottleneck, compact systems become decisive
• If bulky extraction is the bottleneck, robotic handling may be the correct answer

Then match the role in the process

Some machines should act as the core production sorter. Others are better as purification modules, pre-sorting modules or retrofit tools around an existing line. The correct role matters as much as the machine itself.
